Material honesty
We quote the recycled content we can prove, and we say when a material is not suitable for your product.
We started in 1990 as a sheet extruder. Today we extrude, print, die-cut and glue under one roof — which is why we can promise a sampling date and keep it.
Our first customers were converters who needed clear sheet. They kept asking who could turn it into a finished box, so we added printing and die-cutting lines. Extrusion, gravure, offset, cutting and gluing now run in the same plant.
That history shapes how we work: material first. If the sheet is right, the box is right. Every roll comes with a certificate of analysis; every shipment leaves with migration reports for the batch it came from.
We quote the recycled content we can prove, and we say when a material is not suitable for your product.
Mono-material structures wherever possible, so your customer can actually put the box in the recycling bin.
3,000 pieces is a real order for us, not a favour. Sampling and support are the same as for a container.
Incoming COA checks, in-line thickness and grammage monitoring, migration testing per batch, and AQL 1.0 inspection before packing. Certificates on request — we don't display logos we can't back with a current report.
Quality, environmental and social-compliance systems audited by third parties. Reports available on request — we display only standards we hold a current certificate for.
Tell us the size, quantity and market. We'll come back with pricing, material options and a sampling date.
