Materials
Three materials for three jobs. Choosing the wrong one is more common than choosing the expensive one.
rPET sheet
0.3–1.0 mm, up to 100% post-consumer recycled, food-grade. Clear, frosted or tinted.
PLA sheet
Plant-based and industrially compostable. Best for cold or dry goods; heat resistance up to 55 °C.
FSC paper with window
300–450 gsm coated or uncoated board with a die-cut rPET window. Glue-free options available.
Printing and finishing
Everything is printed in our own plant, so a colour question never goes through a third party.
- 1–8 spot or CMYK offset, plus UV digital for short runs
- Hot foil, embossing and spot UV on paper components
- Low-migration inks for food contact, with migration testing
